There is a new mobile app called TileCounter that handles tile
counting and tile tracking automatically for Scrabble and Words with
Friends using the screenshots of game boards.
It is quite accurate and a must have for serious players of Scrabble
and Words with Friends.
The app really rocks especially towards the end of the game. It
creates an End Game view, showing exactly what tiles are on the
opponent's rack along with how many point are on each letter or tile:
