We had a slightly sub-average session, scoring only 25.6
points per turn as a group. No 9-letter words, neither.
Even the Q-words were mundane (but never a QI!)
There were no blanks at all in the first 3 games. One oddball
game had 14 I, 15 O, and 7 U, not to mention 3 X. Every
game is fresh and different!
Hey, folks, it shouldn't take so much work trying get a
little dialog going on Scrabble II vs. "classic" Scrabble -
"classic" in quotes because the modern game drowning in
silly little 2- and 3-letter words nobody's ever used in
his life can't possibly be what the inventors had in mind.
Scrabble II is to "classic" Scrabble as a Thanksgiving
feast is to stale crackers and lukewarm water. What's more
exciting - JO, QI, XU, and ZA game after game after game
(snore) . . . or the nice, fresh, juicy words you see below?
Try it and come back and tell me what an idiot I am.
