There is a movie on TCM right now that appears to be the inspiration
for one of the robots in RoboRally.
for one of the robots in RoboRally.
It's called Twonky and the cable description says "A force from the
future enter's a professor's TV set and tries to run his life." It's
not a very good movie but the TV does look like the Twonky robot.
