G'day All

When using an equals card in modern art and passing it to the left does it

1. continue around the circle with each player getting a chance to add a
card finally returning to the original auctioneer if no one will add a card
2. stop at the first person and immediately return to the auctioneer should
that person not wish to add a card?

Help will be appreciated!

#1. This is how people's turns can get skipped.

Yes. Note that if nobody adds the second card the original auctioneer
gets it free. Nice play if it's the fourth card of an artist you already
lead in.
