GammonEmpire affiliate cashouts stutter

Last year GE paid out affiliate revenues promptly midmonth. This year
nothing happens automatically and you have to beg for the money. Have
any other GE affiliates experienced problems this year? We are starting
to get fed up (and no, we *don't* want mails from every site out there
offering us a *better deal*).
