I did peruse some of the posts on this board - certainly not all - just
a few quick notes, mostly to Paul Epstein, who apparently has been
logging every conversation he and I ever had.

1) He accused me of "playing dumb" in regard to my being banned from
GammonZone on October 25. The fact is that GammonZone released a
letter to its hosts on or about October 21. However, the copy sent to
me had the email address misspelled, so I never received it. I
received a copy around October 27. The email is posted on the GZ
website, with the misspelled address.

2) If anyone doubts that I did rollouts for Paul Weaver, I'll send you
the dozens of emails and dozens of files where he send me rollouts to
do. I have been doing them since around February or March, 2002. Paul
has explicitly promised me a copy of the book for being one of his
"rollateers" (rollout volunteers). I'm not holding my breath.

3) To date, I have received not the flimsiest shred of evidence from
TrueMoneyGames. Nothing, nil, nada, zilch. They claim to have sent me
a letter on March 1, but I do not have any such letter. Maybe they
misaddressed it (like GZ), maybe it fell through the cracks as my
computers were being unpacked. They sent me a letter several days ago,
asking why they hadn't heard from me. I replied that I wanted to wait
until I gave a public demonstration. However, I do not have any other
account on TMG and have no desire to ever play backgammon for money,
ever again. The very very first money backgammon event I ever played,
the league on The Sierra Network in around 1993, I asked "Why do we
have to play for money." There's no need for money in backgammon, and
I have no need for TMG.

Thanks for replying in more detail, Hank. I do wish you would arrange
a demonstratioon that would satisfy those who have made these
accusations against you here. Those of us here, like myself, who do
not know you or the accusers personally, don't really know what to
think, though it's not as important to me since I have only played for
small stakes or in freerolls. Therefore, the demonstration seems like
the best idea, and if someone had made such accusations against me, I
would ask that such a demonstration be arranged as soon as possible.

Paul, that is the most idiotic line of reasoning I have ever heard. I
must be a cheat because I am not perfect, yet if I were perfect, you
would say I was a cheat too. What do I have to do, be consistently bad
to satisfy your twisted logic?

In the past few months, I have seen the two players I put as #1 and #3
on my Giants ballot (they force you to vote for yourself as #2) make
colossal blunders. One piddled away a match taking a horrid 4-cube,
the other made a 0.200 blunder in a bearoff. Gees, even the Gods are
human sometimes. And I ain't no God.

Hank says.. "And I ain't no God."

No but you do lie about things whenever the wind changes direction.

How about you try and explain all the shady things you have done?
Without all the BS reasons you have given in the past.

I saw in the SugarDaddy Forum that you won a major bridge tourny.. I am
interested to know when? And where?

Ok Mr.. Baa_Blackwidow? How about Wonderfull_World? Or Bored_Gamer?
These are all nics Hank has used to cheat with in the past.?? I have
been waiting for years for an explaination that makes any sense
whatsoever for your lying.. I suppose now is the time for you to clear
the air.

Someone with the past history of you deserves the opposite of the
benifit of the doubt. When you can explain to me why you felt possessed
to lie to me on 3 differant occasions for your own ego gratification..
Then perhaps I might see the light.. Otherwise I picture you as being
as untrustworthy as any adult I have ever seen.

I knew you would start being critical of Paul etc.. anything you can do
to deflect the attention.

I won the Red Ribbon Pairs in 1995. If you can find a copy of The
Bridge Encyclopedia, you would find it. This is considered a minor
national championship. I've won about a dozen other tournaments that
would be considered the bridge equivalent of an ABT championship
division open event. Of course there are many more such events; I've
probably played in between 100 and 200. The most recent one I recall
was the Flight A Open Swiss Teams at the Sturbridge, MA regional last
summer.

I have asked repeatedly for a full and fair investigation into all
matters pertaining to the ZCS. There have been lies spread about this
for over 6 years now. It's obviously way too late, as many people
involved have essentially fallen off the face of the earth and other
memories have faded. The people running the ZCS repeatedly refused,
because they knew that a FULL exposition of ALL the facts would yield
unfavorable findings for them. It was easier for them to keep
spreading lies. It's water over the dam now, but that doesn't make it
true. What matters is that I wanted the truth to come out and they
didn't. Don't assume you know the truth because you sit in Doubling
Cube on the MSN Zone all day. I would still be content for such an
investigation (so long as it was conducted in front of an impartial
arbitrator), but its a practical impossibility because I'm sure that
most people don't remember what actually happened, and most of the
documentary evidence is gone by now.

By the way, if I am so awful, you might want to consider never playing
again in any event that I had a major role in starting. So you can
quit the ZCS (for which I wrote the first set of rules) and the Tandem
Teams (which I designed entirely, based on an idea from Avi Trachtman).
The Tandem Teams format is identical to the one I designed, save for a
carryover from the round-robin to the elimination phase.

So you dont deny doing any of the things I mentioned..mainly because
you cant. I dont sit in any room all day I work everyday(6 days a week)
and the reason I play in those events is because you have been banned
from them duh.. I am still waiting for an explaination of a grown adult
lying to satisfy his ego. Not once not twice but god knows how many
times. You lied to me.. You lied to my friends.. You lied to your own
friends what more can I say.. Thats your moral framework from day 1.
Now how can I trust anything you say? Gimme a good reason.

>From yet another email from Hank (despite the fact I have asked to be
removed from his list for 6 years).

Hank agreed to subject himself to playing 2 matches under webcam and
these were played on the afternoon of the 26th under the scrutiny of a
large number of Doubling Cube players. The results of these matches may
be viewed on Match 1 and Match 2 and show Hank playing to his usual
high standard. Understandably, Hank is disillusioned by all that has
occurred and is taking a vacation at this time from further play.

You have got to be BSing me. No one put himself in this position but
Hank. His display PROVED nothing!!!!!!!! I am disillusioned by the fact
an adult would lie to play in tournaments he was banned from!!! Maybe
Hank should explain his lying and at the same time think about actually
playing a monitored match with someone the BG world at least trusts. Or
he can go sign up at any number of ABT events. I have been
disillusioned by his pettiness, his ego ,his lying etc.. for 6 years
but I still play BG.. Just not in anything he would be in.
