Online Fraud from Commercial Backgammon Sides

As i see from the post above there is still a lot of fraud in the
Backgammon online Commercial Playing Sides.
Here are some tips to prevent them doing this on you.
1. Play65, GammonEmpire, Primebackgammon
There are lots of posts about Confiscating money without reason from
this Company.
My tip for you is quite simple, make many withdraws and split the
amount. For example you have 200 on your
account when you start playing. Calculate the minimum amount you need
for your games with reserve. Never leave any amount above your minimum
amount. Its quite fast to send money to your account if you run low,
but it takes very long to withdraw the money, so in fact you only need
the minimum sum on your account.
So if 200 is your minimus (depends on your stake). and you have now
250 on your account withdraw it at once. If you want to play on, play,
but again when you have 20 or more above your minimus withdraw.
Do this with all 3 accounts you have on this Company (GE, Play65,
PrimeB).
They want to confiscate the big sums, not the low ones, they have
already a very very bad reputation, so they can not afford to make
many confiscations on many players, so you are out of danger most of
the time.
Never make high withdraws, they are stealing your money without reason
they are thiefs!!!!!!!!!
If you get stolen by them you also have the right to cheat on them,
quite simple!!!!
2. Partygammon
At Partygammon the story is different, but also they do some fraud.
You usually dont have problems there with withdrawing money, and it
works very fast, almost fastest withdraw ive seen in online Gambling.
Problem 1 on Partygammon is that they have many bots from house. So be
very carfully which games you join. Almost 70 % the offered games are
played with error rates below
1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .
Avoid to join games,, specially the names which seems to play 24 hours
7 Days
If you passed problem 1 and you know who you play, you can earn some
money there quite easy, BUT if you had many withdraws in long term,
you will see that usually you will have always a very very bad luck
rate and usually you will loose against very weak players. Many people
will say this is not true, or say even i am a bad looser, but i can
explain how i came to this conclusion.
I play at partygammon since they opened the door for Backgammon. And
so far i made a lot of money there, but at a point it was not possible
for me to make any profit on this place with my old account, I didnt
matter how bad my opp or how good my opps played, usually best was to
come out on even money or slighty plus. First i was thinking, well boy
you have a bad luck streak nothing to do against, wait and hope it
ends. Well after 3 month playing there not loosing not wining i just
get frustrated, specially, cause i made still good profits on other
sides, but at Party its was quite impossible for me to come in the
money. I just became suspicous that there is something wrong. So what
i have done, i opened another account on another person (i know its
forbidden, but they cheat me, well i cheat them (: ). And i played
with both account, oohhhh wonder happens, i made Profit, realy good
proft with the new account, but still with my old account i cannot
make profit. The average error level on both accounts from opps and me
is almost the same, but the luck rate is different in high degree.
So tell me whatever you want, but i for sure know, that Partygammon is
using software to control the winning of players which are successful
or withdraw in long term. I dont know exactly what are the criterium
that they start to manipulate, but its true , they do it and its fraud
and its unfair. So i dont regret to cheat these people because they
are cheaters.
Second point is a good friend of mine with whom i visited many
international tourney had the same problem, and he solved the problem
in the same way i did, and exactly he got same results like me.
You can do profit in Online Backgammon, but you have to know how they
cheat to be successfully.

All that is long since well known to me and other strong players.
You didn't mention TMG/XG, I think they pioneered in such practices --
I used to play a lot there since their very launch and for several
years, and noticed manipulation on many of my games as early as 2004
or so. The criterion used is: those sessions or matches in which both
players play at very different levels. They favor the fish in a
certain number of the games (way beyond the inevitable share of loses
you're expected to get), in order to avoid them running out of money
too soon and quit playing there in frustration.
I played on all major bg sites and also other minor ones, and
*everywhere* I saw the same practices at work, it's become an industry
standard -- You start out very well as they don't manipulate your
games but, after some withdrawals, and getting your rating well
determined and stabilized, then *ploink* you see your winning rate
drops dramatically, even though you play at the same or better
expertise level than before against the same kind of weak competition!
An increasing number of people like yourself, who for years remained
unaware and unbelievers to such matters, at some point get slapped by
reality as they get their own asses touched by some site.
Still I'm not sure this practices can be called plain "fraud," I call
them "customer protection policies" ;-)

Nice statemant, but its pure fraud not less not more.
Every Expert or world class player knows that its very very hard to
come to an error level from 2.5 to 4 in average. These players spent
lot of
hours in study in the game, analysing, rollouts and practise. Usually
it takes several years and it costs money. It costs Literature, which
specially
in Backgammon are not cheap. And dont forgot about all the hours they
play for money when they were also weak player and lost money.
These good players or WC Players worked hard to come to this level,
and now they play online and make profit, but the profit is stolen or
lowered by these fraud sides. This is not Fair this is simple fraud.
You talk about cutomer care when they manipulate in favour for the
weak player, lol are you joking, the Players whichs stays almost 8 or
10 hours (mostly proffessionals) online and offers games in the lobby,
they make the rake, they make the aktion, not the players who comes 1
or 2 times a week for a few games. Without these professional players,
almost all of the commercial Sides could close their buisness.
What i see specially in Partygammon is, that the action is going down
step by step, it becomes very hard to get a session running.
So what they do is putting their own bots online to bring the action
high. The Pros which still play there are not anymore customer they
are opponents of the side. They can take the money from the weak
players with their own bots, why give it to the pros. LOL
With this kind of practise they will close soon or later.
Specially Backgammon players which reached trough hard work their high
level of play, deserved to make their profit, cause they work for it.

Has anyone one ever lodged a complaint about non paymment ?
I have played their sites and did much of what you suggested and got
payed.
Eventualy it is not worthwhile playing on a rated / progressive rake
site imho.
Partygammon are no longer licensed in Alderney , their website link
now goes to Gibraltar. No reason is given for this move.
It is totaly unbelievable what Partygammon are doing and getting away
with. They are a public company. A combined group with sufficient data
could fry their butts in a court.(Im up 4 it) They could never produce
the Players , ip logs , banking records to match their bots. Perhaps
their are +50 players no one has ever heard of that are rated + 1980
and play with an error rate below 1.5.
The AI of their bots is improving, they can reverse checker moves,
pause and accept resignations but still frequently disconnect. What a
joke, someone has lost the plot programming them.
Currently my dice are fine on party but i know from experience they
have the software to make it impossible for me to win over long
periods of time. My understanding is they don't muck with the named
players and the dice in the +$50 rooms are fair but i stand to be
corrected. You need to get in their face to get fair dice.
I think some of their poker fish are protected. There is one I just
can't beat (236 games) and they appear to be playing blindfolded.

And for the doubters, ask at your club if any of the above is true.

No seriously, it is a reputable company and as such respect the laws
of other countries, no matter how absurd the laws are.
However that may all change soon, with the Bill being introduced next
week by Congressman Barney Frank.

I tested it to see if i could get my money back ...
So i put $60, just for testing on march 2009.
One week later, I have managed to won $200.
I requested a withdrawal and it has been approved.
But after that, things are going bad, the money has
somehow vanished somewhere between
Israel and my bank account.
The truth is that they never send it.
Despite the many mails i have written, i never could get my money.
They say that the money has been send, but it's a lie, it never
arrived
on my bank account.
They are always inventing new false excuses to apologize for the
delay.
Play65 is nothing but a bunch of jewish crooks.
Be careful if you put money on this site, you will never get it back,
even if you manage to win.
Besides, it's very hard to win. I have often seen my opponent
rolling doubles 66 , then double 55 ... or rolling a joker just at
the right moment.
I also have an account on bwin.com ... never had any problems
with them. bwin is also very quick (3 days) to pay you when you win.

They claim that they give up to 150 euros welcome bonus,
BUT ... BUT ... BUT ...
you can only convert 1% of these 150 euros at every bet you make.
That mean you have to bet for a total amount
of 15 000 euros to convert all the welcome bonus in cash.
The dice rolling are also very very strange.
A lot of high double at the bear off, a lot of jokers
just at the right moment.
The more the stakes are high, the more dices are getting crazy.
I have lost many games gammon because of incredible situations.
For exemple, i accepted a cube, and after that, my opponent
rools many doubles or puts one of me men on the bar
and i couldn't get out foverer ...
Rolled double 6 twice while on the bar ...
(probability is 1 on 1296)
Other exemple : I manage to put many of his men on the bar
and then he rools a salvatory double to get out ...
it happens many times
Once, my opponant rolled double 4 then double 6 at the beginning
of the game ... how can i win with such dices against me.
Dices are as crazy as in play65 = cheated games also
