I'm undecided: Implo or Yodd? I'm curious to know how Implo would
fare, but I guess Yodd is a safer bet, and it seems like you guys
prefer it.

Definitely. Yodd is a (if not the) quintessential non-parity game.
Implo is a clever construction.
