Kind of a merger between Hex and Y. You can form a path of either type to
win.

What a wanker!

This is just "Hexatol" that I described here some while ago,
soon after Atol appeared. Along with Octatol, Decatol etc etc.
It's all part of my parity theme!

Joao Neto and I have been playing Hexatol for some while.

"Pinwheel" indeed!

How many other games is this guy gonna try and steal!!!
(Not that I really care - I don't have any paranoid proprietary
interest in abstract games. Unlike some.)

"Oh please alert me if tyou want to change MY rules" people
might not understand this PoV.

Ohhhhhhh, so my game, Atoll, is now merely a part of your "parity theme" is
it? Here are some quotes from your "Game variation: Hexatoll" announcement:

"This is a variant of Mark Steere's new game 'Atoll'."

"Thus, I propose "HEXATOLL", which is essentially just
Atoll played on a hexagonal board."

"Mark is to be strongly congratulated on discovering
the natural criterion for even-sided boards!"

But now Atoll has become just part of your "parity theme". That's great. I
need to get a loading permit for you riding around on my coattails all day.

HERE'S THE PROBLEM, BILL. WHEN YOU RAN OFF WITH MY NEWLY RELEASED GAME,
ATOLL, AND MODIFIED IT INTO HEXATOLL, YOU FUCKED IT UP!!!! YOU OVERLOOKED
THE ESSENTIAL WINNING CONDITION OF A Y BEING FORMED BETWEEN THREE EQUALLY
SPACED ISLANDS OF THE SAME COLOR AS THE Y. THAT'S 50 PERCENT OF THE RULES
YOU LEFT OUT, YOU INCOMPETANT FUCK!!!!

HERE'S THE ONLY RULE YOU MENTIONED FOR THE GAME, BILL:

"As before, each player must try to connect one of his own rim regions with
a directly opposite one."

WHERE'S THE Y RULE, BILL?? WHERE???? NOWHERE TO BE SEEN!!!! THAT'S
WHERE!!!!!!!

Don't try to drag Joao into your ridiculousness.

How does modifying my own game, Atoll, qualify as stealing?? Because my
*valid* modification of my own game, Atoll, was preceded by your incompetant
*mutilation* of Atoll?? *You're* the fucking game thief you fat piece of
shit!! The name Pinwheel, the name I gave to my valid modification of my
own game Atoll, will stand, your fucked up mutilation of Atoll
notwithstanding.

Yeah right. But now my games have mysteriously become part of your "parity
theme" you game stealing piece of shit.

Yeah, you're gifting mutilated versions of my games to the world. That's
the kind of "generosity" I can live without. Flake off, game thief. You
need to read the "Designers" box on my website. It was written specifically
for game mutilating dipshits exactly like you.

http://www.marksteeregames.com/index.html

Will you please design your own games and leave my games alone?? Seriously,
this is getting out of hand.

And yes, please alert me if you're planning to copy, mutilate, and rename my
game to infringe on one of my trademarks, e.g. from Atoll to Hexatoll.

I seem to remember you had a *huge* shit attack when I released M-Torus
because, like your Projex, it's a projective plane connection game. Out of
respect for a struggling designer, and because you were being such a baby
about it, I decided to remove M-Torus from my website. But now that you're
making a career out of running off with my games (Atoll, Mobius) I've
decided to re-release M-Torus.

http://www.marksteeregames.com/M-Torus_rules.pdf

What, you own every projection game that comes down the pike? I'm surprised
you haven't tried to claim Hex KB yet. M-Torus, other than being a
projective plane connection game, is totally different from Projex. It's
vastly simpler than Projex, for one thing. Projex has a convoluted, fucked
up connection rule, a confusing hybrid between linearly mirrored edge points
and rotationally mirrored edge points. M-Torus has none of that.
