I think Ive bit off more than I can chew. To make a long story short, Ive
been withholding taxes for a long time. I guess you can say that Ive been
cheating the IRS. I posted a very foolish article in here about a week ago.
I was having problems with my lover, as he can be very annoying when he
wants to be and I guess I just flipped my lid, which I now regret.
Is there some sort of amnesty or a good way for me to avoid serious fines
or jail time? Ill be well over $30,000 in arrers once all is said and done.
I have to be discreet about this because I get a lot of business from a
gambling newsgroup and I really dont want to lose that.

AOL will also consider the number of accounts a subscriber has before it decides to proceed with any action. Thats why AOL hesitates with Crapper because he has more than one AOL account.
Crapper just received a 24-hour usenet posting suspension for TOS violations. He is alos under investigation for numerous hack attempts. To date he has had accounts closed at AOL (his Phoq account), Adelphia, Earthlink, Road Runner, and ATT for his piss-poor hack attempts. The dumb fuck couldnt hack his way out of a coughing fit.
Crapper, as his dick-warmer Gallagher alluded to, does not want you to know his real account and ISP, and so he could not do anything officially with PNGC through AOL yesterday even though he was watching everything all along. Its a fucking wonder he showed such restraint. Maybe he medicated himself.....theres no other reasonable explanation.
Crapper now has to behave a bit better than before or else he risks losing this AOL account too. He was already tossed once before from AOL, and also lost his AOL Phoq account, on top of yesterdays 24-hour suspension. Crapper is on the run. The end is near. Once Crapper is gone then Brian will flounder, Collard and Gallagher will be left to do nothing but cup each others nuts and blow kisses to each other as they dance around in a swirl of confusion, leaderless.

Crapper wrote articles in all kinds of newsgroups, only to use those forgeries to try discredit Lou afterwards.
Funny thing is...there WAS NO PICASSO. The Picasso alias was a joke by Crapper on all of you. He thought it was a MASTERPIECE, a work of CRAPPERs art that he foisted on RGS. His idea of rubbing shit in eveeryones faces by naming his fictitious character PICASSO.
Right now, Id bet the house, cars, boats and farm on the FACT that Crapper has fake accounts for Dan, ET, Pro Line, Rob, and others already in play.
