there is an amazing similarity in the people that believe in God , and
those that will never believe that online poker is crooked

These 2 groups will never ever be able to look at either subject
objectively.

Those who lost their money online will never be able to accept the fact
that they were cheated. It would rock their whole world, to find out that
they have been duped. They can handle the fact they dont play well. they
can accept , and rationalize the fact that they are more "unlucky" than
the next guy. They will never admit that they were cheated because that
would crumble the entire foundation of what they believe in .

Same with those who believe in a diety. For them to ever understand the
folly of their beliefs, they would have to admit that their whole life has
been lived under a lie. A nasty lie that was perpetrated on them at age 3
and continued by all those that they LOVE . All the people they trusted.
All the people who kept them warm as a child, and fed their hungers as a
child were all lying to them. from age 3 , most people are brainwashed
into believing in a diety, or predisposition of some sort.

BOTTOM LINE:
No matter what proof one sees that online gambling is crooked, those who
lost will never admit they were duped.
And those who believe in a diety, and a 'hereafter" could never change
their minds now, because it would mean that they have been duped by those
they love.

these people would much rather continue losing , and rationalizing it. And
those who believe in an 'imaginary friend" would much rather carry on in
ignorance than be confronted with the fact they have been duped!

IT IS HUMAN NATURE

I think you have it backwards. The people that lose at online poker quite
often believe that they were cheated.

I win online (though having a brutal May) and don't believe in God. I
believe that cheating absolutely goes on. I also believe that the big
online sites are not rigged to favor one player over another. I will
happily change my mind on that if there is evidence to that fact (BAHH
that show bad beats are not evidence of it). I would also happily change
my mind about God if presented with evidence to that fact.

My point wasnt that well made , but it was an attempt to draw a parallel
in the 2 groups , as to their ability to look at it objectively. And what
it would mean to those that got a different look at it !!

I don't know how you can say this. One of the first things the losers do
is find some online forum or newsgroup to post to about how online poker
must be rigged.

I didn't read the rest of it because you're so incredibly wrong here you
make Spazzo look like, well, a moron, but that's besides the point.

Your point wasn't made well because your point is absolute nonsense, as
usual.
