I wonder if Al Gore was right about if being the altitude that made
Obama into slack jawed idiot on debate night. Might explain a few
things if you contemplate how much official business he does on Air
Force One. The 747's optimum cabin pressure is a setting equivalent to
8000 feet altitude. 3000 feet HIGHER than Denver. LOL

Lol ... good point. Enough about the altitude and excuses. The heart
of the matter is that the chosen one didn't have a telepromter and we all
know without the words to read he is lost. It was like a grade school
debater against a pro. It really was sad to think this is the con man
that won the Presidency.

It's a real hoot to watch the reaction of the libtards here to the
realization that Romney destroyed Obama in this particular debate.

It's so obvious, that their only response is to blame the altitude or
to accuse Romney of lying.
As if everything Obama said was 100% accurate, and everything Romney
said was a lie.

It's so bad, that there is already a meme advanced to discount a
Romney win as vote fraud.

Pfft.
As if the Demo Party didn't invent vote fraud.

Did Obama lie? If so, why are you only concerned with Romney?

This is not to excuse anyone's lying, nor to claim that two wrongs make
a right. However, that political candidates lie (and spin and distort
and exaggerate and dodge) is hardly news.

Romney lied about Obama, and Obama failed to defend himself. That's
why he lost the debate. Romney defended himself against attacks made
against him by Obama. That's why he won the debate.

Yep. Did you notice his choice of words? "Romney lied about Obama" vs.
"attacks made ... by Obama." When done by a Republican they're "lies"
but when done by a Democrat they're "attacks."

Yet he claims that he's not partisan.

To be fair, Dutch hasn't claimed to be non-partisan. He was wondering why
the word 'partisan' was supposed to be an insult. My own take is that when
one's partisanship causes one to be blinded to the faults of "their guy"
while simultaneously hyperventilating and exaggerating every perceived
fault of the other side, the word 'partisan' can be an effective insult
lampooning their lack of critical thinking skills, as well as their
squishy principles (it's OK to bomb Third World countries as long as it's
their guy ordering the planes into the air, etc.)

You sound a lot like fffff ... the question is really quite simple ...

Did Obama lie?

The question is directed to YOU.

Do YOU think that Obama lied?

He does not even ask what "not-subject-to-opinion" and "knowledge" and
"motivation" your definition of a "lie" might be (and an admission that
even that definition would be "your opinion" and not a "fact").

Just one "lie" ... whatever it was, did Obama fall short in any way at
all ... even one time ... once ... sorta ... maybe ... or do you not
understand the question? Or are you afraid to answer the simple
question? Or do you not mean it when you use the word "lie"? Or maybe,
you just do not want to address your own bias in this sort of discussion?

It is not my question, but I might also ask exactly, in detail, what IS
your definition of a lie?

Incorrect, I asked the question of Pepe and he can't answer it. All he
has to do is say "yes" or "no" but he can't seem to do that. I think
his head would explode. If he says "no" he makes an utter fool of
himself, and if he says "yes" he's forced to face something he's in
denial about.

>> Do YOU think that Obama lied?

The question was directed at Pepe, who is dodging it by trying to put it
back on me. He's the one who made much of Romney lying while ignoring
Obama. I'm not denying that BOTH of them lied, misrepresented,
dissembled, and spun.

> Are you going to go on about this endlessly?

No, just long enough to expose Pepe.

> What did he lie on? *You* tell Pepe.

Pepe is the one who needs to face the question. If he truly believes
that Obama didn't, all he needs to do is say so. What keeps this going
is his apparent inability to say so, or to admit that his hero lies too.

> What the fuck are you trying to prove? He lied less than Romney? Some

Mea culpa, I missed the attribution. Nevertheless the question was
first put to Pepe by me. Pepe is again dodging a straightforward
question that he could simply answer, apparently because he'd find the
answer embarrassing. He doesn't want to admit that Obama is just
another politician who also lies, yet he knows how foolish he'd look to
not admit it.

And just how in your fevered brain does acknowledging the fact that both
lied dodge the fact that Romney lied?

The point is that you can't decide which candidate to vote for based on
one of them lying -- because they both do. They all have in every
election in my lifetime. You have to use other criteria.

The attack that "The guy I want to lose lied" is a feeble attempt to
