I hadn't been paying attention to the 500,000,000th hand promotion until
just now, and saw that the 499,000,000th hand was played at a .02-.04
PLO8 table.

Now the winner of the hand gets a $2500 buy-in, plus everyone at the
table gets $500. So if the hand took place at a No Limit table (or a
Pot Limit table), is it just going to be a 9 or 10 way all-in? Has this
been the case so far?

So what if you were at a 3-6 no limit table, and had a significant
amount in your stack?

I guess the moral of the story is, move to a limit game, or to a tiny NL
game during the key hands.

Here's the hand history. How much value are you giving up folding
any hand pre-flop, when the winner gets $2600 extra?
