"None of it helped Romney. His rate-cutting plan for individuals would
reduce tax collections by about $360 billion in 2015, the study says. To
avoid increasing deficits as Romney has pledged the plan would have to
generate an equivalent amount of revenue by slashing tax breaks for
mortgage interest, employer-provided health care, education, medical
expenses, state and local taxes, and child care all breaks that benefit
the middle class."

sounds like we're in danger of electing a non-lawyer who can do basic
math. the public unions must be up in arms!

The millionaires will certainly like Romney's math:

"What would that mean for the average tax bill? Millionaires would get
an $87,000 tax cut, the study says. But for 95 percent of the
population, taxes would go up by about 1.2 percent, an average of $500
a year."

Why would the rich NOT have their Congressmen change the tax rules in their favor? It looks like Mitt Romney used the "Rules for the Rich" to pay NO taxes for ten years.

How have the Republicans convinced you to defend them like this? Are you just too embarrassed to admit you've been fooled?

In case you missed that question you're afraid to answer:

Why would the rich NOT have their Congressmen change the tax rules in their favor?

Sounds like the Republicans feed you some more talking point cool aid. How about telling us what part of that 50% are children, school kids; college kids; stay at home moms; retired?

Embarrassed you again, eh?

Back to ignor for you, stupid.

Do retirees file taxes? The almost 50% is people who filed a tax form.

Look at the OP. It was "50% of the population." It's how they fooled you. Now, again, what part of that 50% is children, students, prisoners...

It was a sound bite and you bit.

I see your point. After all, millionaires don't control a big enough
proportion of the country's wealth and income. That's the #1 problem
that needs fixing.

Romney - fighting for the 1%! He's your man!
