I think this is too strong a statement. Andy's example showed that in
certain situations (NOT necessarily "often") we want a certain hand to
fold correctly.

It remains to be shown how rare or frequent such situations are, and how
much difference they make, EV wise. Arguments as to how frequently such
situations occur in actual play would be interesting to see.
