Wow. This guy could have won this hand on every street before the
river just by raising (preflop), betting big or check-raising (flop)
or betting big (turn). Then he waits to get it all in until he's
lost.
It was also pretty obvious he had a king by the river, and should have
been pretty obvious to him when you raised that his AK was nothing
more than a bluff-catcher.
