I watch the herd (on ESPNU TV) every day and they run this stupid
commercial for a brownie pan. Over and over. How many of those pans can
they possibly be selling to cover the costs of the commercials. Amazing!

Not near as much as fucking brownie pan. I don't scoff the debt relief
commercials. It's a brownie pan! You can cook brownies on anything.

Not in my house! I only like the edges, so last year I bought my
wife the 'edge' brownie pan (it makes 3 brownie logs!)
If she makes brownies any other way I'll beat her ass!

You know those knives they sell on TV - the ones that have have the
jagged edges like saws from a toolshed? Well, about 10 years ago, I
was grocery shopping, and this guy had a booth set up in the
supermarket selling these things. He called them "The TV Knife".

His demonstration was so impressive that I went and bought one. Being
one of the first to cough up the cash, I actually received three for
the price of one.

Turns out that this knife is the best freakin' kitchen knife I've ever
seen. It cuts through just about anything, just like they say in the
infomercial. My wife and I use these knives for just about
eveything. The one thing it doesn't work for is carving poultry. Not
thick enough.

Well then you will love my new patented sushi pan. Just spoon the
sushi rice over the pan and use my patented roller to smush it into
sushi size bites. Put a piece of carp or bullhead on each little rice
turd and you got some good ole red neck soooosheeee! Coming soon to a
tv store near you.

You like the raiders so i am sure you either eat magic brownies or need
some.

That being said, here is how i make brownies.

Use the extra egg option or if no option, use an extra egg

Use softened butter

Now add 2/3 a small pack of non-instant chocolate pudding and add milk
until you have the consistency you had before.

When cooking at reccomended temp you will see the whole mass balloon in
the center with the edges much lower. The risen part starts off uneven.
When it is evenly risen then its done.

They can last for a long time uncovered. Weeks if not longer
