"Stay with me, because you are not going to believe this column. This
month in Chicago, an event will honor three men as "living legends." The
men are Minister Louis Farrakhan, head of the Nation of Islam, the Rev.
Jeremiah Wright, the former pastor of Barack Obama's church, and Father
Michael Pfleger, a radical-left Catholic priest. The men will stand
together, and thousands of spectators will pay to see them.

The press release announcing the program says, "Because of their legacy of
educating, they are being honored as Living Legends for their unfailing
work and dedication."

And who, exactly, selected the three men as honorees? Um, well, that would
be the Rev. Jeremiah Wright!

That's right, the good reverend is honoring himself and his bomb-throwing
pals -- and charging up to $100 for a ticket. Who gets the proceeds?
Again, that would be Wright. His school and day-care center will divvy up
most of the dollars. Pfleger's parish and Wyclef Jean's Yele Haiti charity
will also get some cash, according to the release.

There are many interesting things about this exposition. First, it has
received almost no media coverage, even though Farrakhan, speaking before
a crowd of 20,000 a few days ago, accused the "white right" of planning
the assassination of President Obama. The minister, wearing a Muammar
Gaddafi-style hat, went on to say that the "Zionists" were derailing the
president's agenda and white Christians were praying for Obama's death.
Sounds like the stuff of "living legends," doesn't it?

Also, what is a Catholic priest doing standing with Farrakhan and Wright?
Catholics follow Jesus, a man who preached peace and love for all people.
My staff called the Archbishop of Chicago, Francis Cardinal George, for
comment. But he doesn't have a comment. Are you kidding me? I'm a Catholic
-- I'd like to know what's going on!

If you decide to attend the "Living Legends" event, you will hear some
music from the "Soulful Sounds" and will be able to purchase Wright's new
book, "A Sankofa Moment." I don't exactly know what that is, but it sounds
like a thriller. By the way, there is no truth to the rumor that
Farrakhan's new book will be entitled "Marley, Me, and the Zionists."

This whole deal is pretty amusing, and even if you don't like him, you
have to give Wright some credit. The retired minister now inhabits a
million-dollar house in a largely white, gated community and, apparently,
has some time on his hands. So, he came up with an award ceremony that
promotes his interests, and I'm betting the Chicago theater will sell out.

But, as much as I'd like to, I will not be going. Somehow I don't think
old Louie, Jerry and Mike would appreciate me sitting there as the "Living
Legends" program unfolds. Just a hunch."

Why? Susan, if his "views" were not smothered with lies and
distortions and driven by an agenda, I may take time to read what he
has to say. But the man has been exposed as a liar SO MANY TIMES, and
no I'm not gonna list them, Google is your friend. And don't take what
I just wrote as me thinking that the Left are angels either. FOX news
is hurting and confusing America.

I just enter Oreilly lies in google, and got far less than when I enter
Olbermann lies. I really don't care to go further.

Strange - the only time I have ever watched Bill Oreilly is on MSNBC, not
Fox.

And if Fox new is confusing you, you are must not be smart enough to listen
to both sides of an argument?

Not sure when, most likely I was a kid sitting on my daddy's knee, I learned
to listen to both sides and make my own decisions regarding everything in
life.

You are right, there are many more for Olbermann. Not sure how he got
involved in this though?

Does that make the 2.3 million search results for "Oreilly lies" any
less valid?

And stop assuming that I only listen to one side and do so in my
everyday life. I've been listening to both sides now for about 10
years. And I've made my decision. I no longer listen to any of them.

I like how you take my words and create your own false reality from
them. Sounds very familiar.

I merely asked you why you wouldn't read something by Bill O'Reilly.

I think it's very sad when someone refuses to see all sides/views, right or
wrong.

I'm done with this discussion - get your last word in if you like.

Not surprising. Most of you who keep your heads buried in the Obama kool
aid bucket refuse to read anything that does not praise your Messiah.

The only people Fox News is "hurting and confusing" are left wing kool aid
drinkers like you. Which might explain why Fox News is the highest rated
cable news network and The O'Reilly Factor has been the highest rated
cable news show for nine years and counting.

Bill O'Reilly' views are actually very similar to mine. But I dont ever
pay attention to anythings he says because of his tendency to make factual
misrepresentations -- much like you do. Bill O'Reilly just can't be
trusted (neither can Keith Olberman).

But Gary, if you don't listen to O'Reilly, it means you "refuse to see
all sides/views, right or wrong." You're automatically closed-minded.
She said so.

This is Cable News Mikey...Cable News is the minor leagues compared to
Broadcast News. ABC, NBC, and CBS 'Liberal' Broadcast News destroys
Cable News when it comes to Ratings and total viewers.

Broadcast News (ABC, NBC, CBS) = 20 to 22 Millions 'unique' viewers

Cable News (FOX, CNN, MSNBC) = 6 to 8 Million 'unique' viewers

It's not even close.

By the way, even Katie Couric, who is the lowest rated News show on
Broadcast gets higher ratings than O'Reilly.

Mike, so because millions of people are tuning in to FOX, does that
mean what FOX is pushing is actually what should be pushed? ???? Is
that what you are saying?
