:) I've been transitioning from no-limit to Omaha this past year, so I'm
excited about that. Sorry, not spamming, but thought others would want to
know.
Also, anyone buy Tom's e-book? I find it hard to want to spend that kind
of money. I kind of think Tom might be a better teacher than player. I
don't know for sure, just my impressions from other forums.

Dude, I'm no spammer. Sorry, but a lot of people use this program, and I'm
genuinely interested in what people think of Tom Chambers since I'm trying
to improve my Omaha game.
Is he worth checking out? The guy sells an e-book for 2.5k, and I've heard
a lot of opinions, but no real reviews on it. Surely someone must have
some info, or have worked with him before.

OK, you _really_ are a slow learner, aren't you.

Acepokercoach.com has a link to pokerzion.com, so there's no question
that the sites have a mutual relationship. (oh boy, do they ever)
Let's try some google foo and see what we can find.
Oh, lookie here:

John Anhalt junk_...@excite.com
Justine Arian justin...@yahoo.com
Who is this John Anhalt, who uses the same email address
(junk_...@excite.com) you're using to promote the products sold at
acepokercoach.com?
http://acepokercoach.com/about_us.asp
"John Anhalt is a highly successful high stakes online poker
professional, and founder of AcePokerCoach.com."
Now, I don't know if Justine Arian herself is involved. It could be
someone else in her household with easy access to her accounts. Let's
see...What the? Could it be? COULD IT BE?

Yes. Yes it could. At the very least, you're promoting a product which
you happen to sell on your website. Could it get worse? Again, yes.

But wait, maybe "Ace Poker Solutions" isn't the same as "AcePokerCoach".

That settles that.
So, let's review:
You promote leakbuster without disclosing that you're not only sell it,
but it's actually your product. When questioned, you claim:
http://groups.google.com/group/rec.gambling.poker/msg/0192a31eacc88bfe?hl=en&dmode=source
"Wow... honestly, and I could be wrong, but I don't think Leak Buster
needs spammers. I'm pretty sure they are doing fine on their own. I
enjoy their product, and the developers are very cool people. That's the
extent of my relationship with them."
So, John, how would you characterize your actions? I'd be willing to go
far beyond "spamming" at this point.

I wonder what would happen if this spammer is trying to get someone to
somehow offer to give away this 2.5k book. Can any of the lawyers here
splain just how much more this clown can jam someone for if they offer to
give the book away/sell it etc ?
I cant see anyone buying the guys book if this is how he sells it. Maybe
that is his angle.
