spread on Michael Jackson and, as expected, they minimized his long term
drug abuse, wacko jacko behavior and repeated child molestation. Nothing
new there. But they also did a series of facial pictures of Jackson over
the years. OMFG! What a horror show. The only word to describe the
changes in his face, as a result of his multiple plastic surgeries and
wanna-be-white skin bleaching is 'grotesque'! I'm sorry to offend all you
Jackson worshipers but no sane man would intentionally do that to his face.
The guy may have sold a lot of records and made enough money to buy off the
parents of his child molestation victims but he was also twisted as a
pretzel.

Bea doesn't make fake posts - she just posts as my wife. The only problem I
have with fake posts is K9way, who repeatedly attributes quotes to me that I
never made. Bea marches to her own drummer (hell she marches to her own
band) and K9way doesn't have the intellectual ability to formulate a
rational, fact-based argument. So he resorts to attributing quotes to me
that he knows I never made. BTW, I don't think of myself as a "right wing
nut". I think of myself as a consistent voice of conservative reason and
values standing strong and heroically against the roving packs of left wing
scavanger loons and nutcases that infest RGP. My straight edge, pro life,
strong moral values infruiate the pro murder low lifes, thieves, free
loaders and scum bags who rant, rave and attack me. I have the consolation
of knowing I'm right, that I'm morally above them and that I draw strength

There were a very, very few Catholic priests who were pedophiles. The were
denounced by the Pope and by Catholics all over the world. They should be
punished to the full extent of the law and there is no excuse or
rationalization for the terrible crimes they committed. However, the vast,
vast majority of Catholic priests are highly moral, highly religious and
incredibly self-sacrificing men. Men who have voluntarily suffered
injustice, persecution, torture and death to help the opressed, down-trodden
and suffing peoples of the world. The Catholic church is one of the largest
and most organized and successfl in the world. Many anti-Catholic bigots
resented and were jealous of this success as well as the strong moral values
and stanrdards the Catholic church represents. The chruch was an easy
target for these hate mongers as well as unscroupulous people and their
attorneys seeking a quick buck by filing false and malicious charges against
any priest they could find. Once charged the priest, his parish and the
church were declared guilty until proven innocent. Many priests were
falsely accused and many parishes have gone bankrupt as a result.
In the past ten years the Catholic church has done tremendous work to ensure
the safety of all of the children involved in its schools, churches and
group activities. I do regular volunteer work for the church. Even though
I don't work with children, all volunteers are now required to complete the
mandatory "Protecting God's Children" course. This involved being
finger-printed, a background check and having all of my personal information
recorded and filed. We also attended classes presented by law enforcement
and various child advocy groups to learn the dangers and common tactics some
pedophiles use to take advantage of children. The most astounding and
distrubing part for me was to learn the lengths that some pedophiles will go
to stalk and victimize a child. It was absolutely shocking and disgusting.
The other thing I learned is that pedophiles come from all walks of life:
teachers, atheists, agnostics, gays, ministers, rabbis, cops, firemen,
fathers with seemingly normal lives and children of their own, etc.
The point is, the Catholic chruch has expended a huge amount of time and
treasure to help clean up its problems and protect it's children. I don't
know of any other religion or gourp that has gone to any where near this
length. And I guanrantee you this. Right now there are pedophiles working
in every gay, religious, atheist and agnostic organaization in the country.
Now anti-Catholic bigots like you, Gary Carson and others will never look
beyond the Catholic chruch for problems of child molestation and abuse when
the fact is, it may very likely be going on in your own church or sven
within your own family. I am proud to be Catholic and I'm proud of the
things the chruch has done to address this terrible, terrible crime against
the most vulnerable menbers of our society. I am also very proud to be
pro-life and not one of the pro-murder supporters who condone and facilitate
the murder of unborn children.

covered up for those few pedophile priests becuase protecting the
reputation of the church was more important than protecting children.
