Start of UK 6/49, 19111994 to end of 1997

When we, the punters HAD CONTROL of the Lottery!
And me a thousand miles away too!

I had retired and been living in the Agarve for about 6 years
then, at start of the 6/49 in the UK, 19111994 and had
arranged for tickets to be bought on my behalf with my
instructions as to numbers etc, a modest fiver a draw which
was weekly for the first couple of years or so.
The British newspapers published quite comprehensive
figures with sales, numbers dividends etc so I was able to
track everything and having been doing the Portugese 6/49
and with the help of their expert who brilliantly deciphered
the lottery numbers etc, really got down to it.
The lottery, after the first few draws showed 16 draws won
and with my limited knowledge of the odds etc, but able to
calculate that with sales of up to around 70 million tickets a
week then that there should be 26 jackpots paid and not 16.
Camelot panicked, I honestly believed and on draw No 9,
January 1995, claimed ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY
THREE JACKPOTS HAD BEEN WON with numbers
drawn not been out of the ordinary to me.
I arranged a plot of sales divided by 14m for each draw to
give me the expected jackpot figure against actual which is
still my main routine even now to help detect the twisted
stories the lottery people.
I dispensed with the 133 jackpot figure, kept it in mind but
missed it out from the plot completely to give me an idea
of the real "trend"
Middle of 1995 at draw number 38, 101 draws had been won
instead of around 170, well short, 69, and I knew why!
AND they Camelot showed around 50 more than actual,
a con, and a travesty. The 133 jackpots figure leading
everyone astray
At the end of 1995 the gap had risen to around 90 jackpots
and by the end of 1996 at 110 draws, the gap was around
155 jackpots! and rising. 385 here actual to 540 expected.
Riight through this run of 110 draws the jackpot had averaged
�3m instead of the �2m expected, an obvious manipulation
which is one of my favourite checking routines even now for
the authorities machinations. But this one was different and
had been the fault of the PUNTERS!
The use of birthday numbers had been the problem and I
confirmed this with others, was quite definite, that when
high numbers are drawn at random frequencies the birthday
number punter loses out particularly in the high dividend area
where noone wins at times, if there is no Lucky Dip procedure
in place, which came in in March 1996 but did not attract the
numbers, (of punters) for another year or so to allow the
lottery people to manipulate a counter measure to the birthday
bastards as Camelot must have called them. They were helpless
but started their machinations nevertheless and a massive shift
took place in the next twenty draws and the gap was reduced to
around 75 jackpots, another of the lottery's wild periods!
I have the master graph and figures, in a safe place and shows
where Camelot learnt how to manipulate and intervene in the
Nation's largest charity, tax and recreational facility ever.
More on this later, how the twice weekly draw which came in
early 1997, was used as a blind to hide a massive change in policy.
