I see that rich's rules stipulate entries must be made at least one hour
before the draw. I wonder if he has any way of finding out what time the
draw is made.

I know the feeble game show is back and that the draw used to take place
towards the end of the show, but that leaves a margin of about plus or
minus ten minutes.

One particular EuroMillions draw was nearly fifteen minutes late because
Jonathan DRoss overran.

Yep, same rule.. punters should have their bets placed at least one hour
before draw: thanks for the reminder. Bets placed after the draw has taken
placed will be declared 'void'.

Using Outlook or Outlook Express, the time that subscribers send in their
posts is usually given in 'right click-properties' and is given in the
sender's own time zone.

If you wanted to check time sent (UK) you would have to convert the senders
time into GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Plenty of websites do that for you,
just Google 'time zone convertor' or go here..

Hmmmm: I doubt if anyone would anyone want to cheat in the competition.

This is all for a bit of much needed *fun* in the forum - isn't it?

I use the Merseyworld site, which says today's draw takes place at
9:02 PM GMT
I know the actual draw time is probably different , perhaps Evil Nigel
could keep tabs on that.
If there is some doubt in my mind as to whether an entry has made the
1 hour deadline, I will most likely score the MOST RECENT entry.
Best advice is to post your numbers well before that time, so there is
no chance of conflict.

PS: I'm making pizza tonight, so RESULTS may be 3 or 4 hours after the
draw time.

That agrees with the program schedule, with the prog after the feeble
game show due to end at 9:05

I intend to record the prog. I probably won't know the exact time the
draw starts.
