I used my system and myself and got lucky again with $500.00. Just forgot to make a copy of that winning ticket and put it on my website. Next time, I would make sure to do that.
If you want to learn my own and unique system which is probably not available anywhere (Research Part of PowerBall Lotto), check my website below. http://home.mchsi.com/~goels1/
My system price is $3.00 but it may give you $$$$$$$.

You are bordering on being an annoying spammer.
Do it again and I will buy your system and publish it here for everyone to see for FREE.

Your ISP, MediaCom High Speed Internet write the following in their FAQ on newsgroups.
--------------------- It is important for members to make themselves aware of the various conventions, guidelines and local culture in newsgroups before becoming an active participant. LEARN THE NET: All About Newsgroups gives a listing of many useful sites. The site provides information on acronyms, smileys, guidelines and definitions that relate to Internet and newsgroup usage. ----------------------
The conventions and guidelines for rec.gambling.lottery is found in the FAQ which is posted by Robert Perkis every month, most recently on the 4th of this month.
It states:
----------------------- ADVERTISING: R.G.L. does not allow commercial advertising. However, in an effort to attract participation in the group by responsible authors of systems and software, some advertising with lotto informational content, will be allowed by those willing to join with us in exciting discussions of their ideas, systems and programs.
Authors of lottery systems and software making claims of prize winning powers beyond normal expectation are required to provide proof of efficacy when making such pronouncements. -----------------------
You are selling what sounds like a well known wheeling system with a report on some 'interesting facts...that beats the odds badly'.
You were asked to prove it, which you ignored and instead posted another plug.
My guess is that you are not here because you actually play lotto, but because you compiled all of the freely available information about lotto you could find on the internet into a report and developed a spreadsheet to wheel the users chosen numbers. And now you want to make a quick buck, selling it to people who are playing quickpicks and birthdaybets...
You can do that(as you do in alt.lotto.players), but not here... Please respect the conventions and guidelines for this group as outlined in the FAQ.
In their Acceptable Use Policy, MediaCom High Speed Internet states:
------------------- You are responsible for reviewing the charters, policies or FAQs of newsgroups, bulletin boards or other forums you use and for complying with their terms. Without limiting that requirement, you may not post advertisements, solicitations or other commercial messages unless expressly permitted by the charter, policies or FAQs. http://help.mymediacomonline.com/help/read/publisher_01/2002-11-22.02 -------------------
Sorry due to confusion. But you should have contact me before contacting to the anyone. There are some loop holes in the guidelines below. If you don't allow any kind of Commercial Ads, fine, it seems like you allow some, some you don't. Who makes that decision. Do you own this newsgroup? I am just have my own ideas, I think I have full right to discuss with others or sell to others. People sell their ideas all the time. If I cannot do it here. I will do somewhere else. I tried to contact you direct. Message returned back to me. If you are real owner or manager of this newsgroup, what you are afraid of me talking direct?
Another good idea - Just because of your comments, I have a very cool idea about one very interesting newsgroup I cannot find yet in the newsgroup but I would not post here. Now, I am offended as you are. Therefore, that idea will not be discussed here also.

No. There are no loopholes. What applies to everyone applies to you, fair and square.
Read the archives of this forum. Read the two FAQs. Read your ISP's Terms of Service.
This can get very nasty, culminating in termination of your ISP account. Before that happens:
I would try to appeal to you in two ways:
As a reasonable, decent person.
As a good businessman.
As a reasonable and decent person you already know how to conduct yourself in public places according to standards of reason and decency for those places. For this public place, those standards are clear for you. One standard is your ISP's Terms of Service which you have already agreed to automatically when you began their service. The other is the pair of FAQs which describe how this Usenet forum is to be used.
As a good businessman you know that violations of your ISP's Terms of Service and of this forum's standards for advertising will give you a negative image. Don't expect that future readers will simply read your advertisement and somehow not read the follow-up comments to those ads from people here. Further, if a person post a message here someday with a question about your product or service, consider the responses that will go to that person.
Note that forums like this do not exist "somewhere on the Net". Specifically, this forum comes to you from your ISP's "server" computer. It is part of the service your ISP gives you as long as you operate according to their Terms of Service. There are also Usenet administrative forums used for the recording of "abuse" complaints. Notification to your ISP would hardly be in your best interest.
Please don't take these things personally. You aren't the first person to misuse this forum, you're not the worst, and you won't be the last. You might have done it innocently so far. Past this point it isn't innocent. The question is whether you can accept the matter graciously as a reasonable, decent person and intelligently as a businessman.
- - -
If you have a product or service of interest to lottery players, by all means be prepared to discuss it here. Honestly and openly. That's your best business opportunity.
Just limit advertisements to about once per month, and be prepared to answer questions about any value your product or service might have for players. Discussions tend to be frank.
If you don't want to have your material taken apart here, consider posting your ads in <alt.lotto.players> or in one of the <alt.forsale> forums.
> Sorry due to confusion. But you should have contact me before contacting to > the anyone.
When you go to another country, it is your responsibility to acquaint yourself with the local 'code of conduct'...
> There are some loop holes in the guidelines below. If you > don't allow any kind of Commercial Ads, fine, it seems like you allow some, > some you don't. Who makes that decision.
I don't see any holes...
> Do you own this newsgroup?
No!
> I am > just have my own ideas, I think I have full right to discuss with others or > sell to others. People sell their ideas all the time.
Advertising is not prohibited on usenet as a whole, but it is generally not accepted in newsgroups unless it is the specific purpose of the group(B2B or B2C). Always check the FAQ or charter for the group.
If advertising was allowed in this group, the group would be filled with nothing else, and the users would stop posting simply because 99 percent of the posts would be advertising for bigger breasts or herbal penile extension... I don't need either, so I am quite happy that the FAQ says no commercial advertising.
> If I cannot do it > here. I will do somewhere else. > I tried to contact you direct. Message > returned back to me. If you are real owner or manager of this newsgroup, > what you are afraid of me talking direct?
I am neither, and if you wish to contact me you can simply remove the X in my email address. However, I should warn you that I am using extensive filtering as I receive upwards of 150-500 SPAM emails a day, so keep the email clean or I won't even see it.
rec.gambling.lottery is part of the usenet hierachy.
> Another good idea - Just because of your comments, I have a very cool idea > about one very interesting newsgroup I cannot find yet in the newsgroup but > I would not post here. Now, I am offended as you are. Therefore, that idea > will not be discussed here also.
I am not offended, and I don't have a personal grudge against you. As the FAQ clearly states, you are welcome and even incouraged to discuss lottery related issues.
Hello Goels: This is a Usenet News Group, I handle the faq for it and generally police it, but you should know anyone at any time can report posts to the poster's ISP for what they consider to be "abuse" of the news group.
The question of whether what you post is abuse is ultimately between you and your ISP as all someone reporting you to your ISP can do is call your posts to their attention and point out where you might be violating our standards posted in our group's faq, if that violates the ISP's standard you have a problem.
When it comes to lottery authors I tend to be a lay back kinda guy who waits to see what develops. Figured you'd get tired of trying to make money three dollars at a time and move on to ebay.
The guidelines are flexible because we want legitimate authors to hang out here and give for the right to promote their work in a non advertising sort of way. This can be answering questions, giving advice, predictions, challenges, etc. Then they list their web site and those who like can go visit it and find what they have for sale.
Anyone who is offended can report any poster at any time, what comes of this can vary, you may not even hear from your ISP unless there are several complaints or you may be asked not to advertise at all since convention has it no advertising is allowed on usenet unless specifically allowed as we do by regulating it and all subscribers can and do help keep the group tidy.
I suggest you consider a change in your marketing strategy.

Raj Goel, join in on the up coming challenge and show us how well your system works, what have you got to lose? Some people think your system is crap, here's your chance to prove otherwise.
