Has anyone ever used them, and if so, have they had any success?

There's no reason why they should work, but anyway, just wondered.

Sure they work. They don't reduce your chances of winning at all.
As usual with good things, there is one minor drawback. For each
dollar you pay for the program, you lose one ticket that you could
have had; so they actually do reduce your overall expectation. Damn.
