Another Oregon coast trip, 10-3 thru 10-10. Here is the craps I
found:

Seven Feathers Casino (exit 98 or 99 off I-5): One table, $5 min/ 2x
(I believe) odds. It was closed when we were there late morning, did
not play. BUT, they did have the abomination known as Shuffle Master
video Craps. One large screen with six-eight seating stations in
front of it, touch screen at the seating area for placing bets, watch
the 'dice' on the large screen. I found it difficult, the
instructions were not real clear (I have no idea what max odds could
be played), in trying to take single odds once I simply increased my
line bet, couldn't figure out how to take odds on established come
bets (and a fairly short time to make bets between rolls). Only
decent thing about this was it was a $1 min bet. I won't be playing
these things again.

The Mill Casino (Coos Bay, actually in North Bend): Whoop-de-he-haw-
do, they have a STAND UP TUB TABLE!! I haven't seen a tub since the
Casino Royale, LV, had their sit down one years ago. These are
great! Well, not for dealers, at least the ones I asked about it.
Anyway, one table, $5/3,4,5x. Opens at 6:00pm, until ??(they close
it) Two sessions, first quit up around $350, second quit down around
$40. Man, that was fun. Except for one very slow dealer, kept
letting late betters really slow down the game. This thing will only
hold about 8 players, 10 would be very crowded.

Three Rivers Casino (Florence): One table, $5/5x. It was closed late
morning, pit guy said if they open it would be 4:00pm, maybe 6:00pm,
maybe not at all. No great lose, since Three Rivers has consistently
had the worst (both bad and break-ins) dealers I've encountered.

Chinook Winds (Lincoln City): Two tables, usually one always open,
$5/5x. I really like this place, but I can't win here. Seriously, in
the bunch of years we've been coming here, I can remember two times I
walked away winner from the craps table. This year, no different.
Five sessions, five losers, between $40 and $140. But the crews are
always good, it is a fun place to play.

Any questions, I'll try to answer. I still check in here from time to
time.......

Tammy Wynette.

On the 21st, giving my friends another craps lesson, then it'll be out
to Cache Creek to put it into practice.
