Since you don't seem too worried about where it is, why not look to
London? Here you have a choice of at least three -- El Gaucho in
Chelsea, The Gaucho Grill in Mayfair and La Pampa Grill in Battersea. As
I haven't eaten in any of them I can't say what they're like, however.
There are also several Brazilian, Colombian, Mexican restaurants, and
even a Peruvian.
