I've lost the recipe to these fabulous ginger cookies. I remember they
had 5 ingredients (flour, sugar, ginger, molasses, and butter I think)
that you mixed up and could store in the freezer. You could then simply
slice off a wedge and cook them up. Does anybody have a recipe like this?
They were crisp, spicy and delicious.
