Subject: Oven-baked Chicken

I am trying to eat healthier and I need a recipe for fried chicken or
something like it. I am trying to find a recipe for baked chicken that
tastes like it fried. I've heard of a recipe somewhere that used bread
crumbs but I'm not sure.

Can good chicken that tastes fried be made in the oven?

I have tried many French Silk Pie recipes, but none of them compare with the
dessert from Ryan Duffy's Steakhouse. Does anyone have a similar recipe they would
be willing to share?
