Does anyone have any recipes for sauces for Salmon loaf or patties? I like
these dishes but find them to be somewhat dry. I used to go to a restaurant
which served a kind of white sauce with dill (I think), but I really can't
remember.

Thanks in advance.

Hello!  I've been making frozen juice bars for my son now that the warm
weather is here and I would like to try something different and more
nutritious.  Does anyone have a recipe for frozen yogurt bars?  I'd also
appreciate recipes for other variations such as frozen jello or pudding
pops.

Thanks in advance.
