Well, we offered an option on a house where we're moving today. If the
owners accept we will close on 11/29 and move in shortly thereafter.

Terrific, and quick! Does this mean your sale has been successful?

You and Miz Anne don't let any grass grow under your feet.

Will you need a separate moving van just to relocate all your
jams and pickles?

Congratulations and hoping for an uneventful move.

We will now close on the house on 12/04, people counter offered and we
accepted since it was in our price range.

We're packing stuff now and movers are coming tomorrow. We will put
everything in storage except some clothes to wear, some food to eat
until closing, etc. Closing on this house is on 11/28, then we're off to
Tomball, TX.

Got a long list of things to do before then, like stopping all the
utilities, etc. Been a long time since we've had to do that.

Miz Anne is packing Christmas packages to her siblings, go in the mail
tomorrow. Mostly herbs, jellies, and jams. Lots of bay leaves and other
herbs. That way we don't have to pack them. <G>

Be glad when all of this is over. After 11/28 I will basically be off
the internet for several days until we get in the new house with new
providers, etc. Just in case, Happy Thanksgiving for sure, maybe Merry
Christmas too, we shall see.
