Baked Bean Sandwich 
  Any baked beans will do. Cold, with ketchup, on whatever bread turns you on. Loved 'em when I was a kid. Haven't had one in ages. Guess I'll go raid the fridge!

German style dinner last night 7th Jan 
  Found some Bratwurst in the freezer........ [link] and a packet of 'kraut in the fridge, so we had the brats browned in the frypan, then dropped in with the 'kraut for about 5 mins, and served with a chunky style steamed garlic mash, and steamed green veges. Salmon pasta recipe 
  There is a local restaurant that serves a dish with chunks of salmon in a white sauce over pasta. The white sauce probably means that it is fairly high in calories, but it is sooooo good. Can anyone suggest a good recipe? I'd also be interested in variations such as using different fish or lowering the calories or substituting rice for pasta.... more »
