New Tomato Sweeter Than A Peach
But do people really want the Sugardrop tomato? [link] That sounds like a really sweet tomato. I guess I'll have to try it to find out whether it's something I could like. I think tomatoes are already sweet enough. Salted and dried might be interesting. Salted, dried... more »

pumpkin pie with condensed milk
I bought a can of Kroger brand pumpkin for my Thanksgiving pumpkin pie. The recipe on the back calls for a can of condensed milk, with instructions for substituting evaporated milk and sugar. I plan on following the evaporated milk plan, as that is how the Libby's recipe reads, but I am interested in the condensed milk recipe. Has anyone... more »

Cream Horns (AKA Lady Locks)
I don't eat a lot of sweets, but have a craving for some chocolate eclairs from the fridge section of bakery where Rich's can usually be found (I guess they dropped the "Rich's from the freezer" slogan). No such luck. Creme horns were right next to that empty space. So I got those for nostalgic reasons. Yep - I remember these from 20 years ago:... more »
