All this thinking about Cholula

I put some of my fried potatoes in a separate bowl, so I could
have them with Cholula. The blood orange was breakfast dessert.

Weekends are nice. By this time of day, I would have been at work
for almost two hours.

i was running out of hot sauce and needed more. in the
Asian food store i frequent i didn't quite have enough cash
with me to buy both the bottle of mushroom soy sauce and the
large bottle of hot sauce so i put the hot sauce back
knowing i would be at another store and i would have more
cash then.

get to the other store and they are out of the large
bottle of hot sauce so i see the Cholulu and decide to give
it a try. it is ok. not my favorite, but it will do until
i use it up.

It's OK. But pretty mild. I like it on fried eggs.

Most dinks prefer much hotter chili sauces. I'm surprised the
second asian store didn't have any hot sauce. That's unusual.

the second was a big box store that also carries
the hot sauce i normally get for a bit cheeper price
but i like to give the small Asian store the business
instead if i'm over that ways.

eventually i'm going to need a step up in hot sauce or
i will have to stop using it for a week or two to get
some sensitivity back.

Hahahaha. Yep, if you lay off it for a while, it will seem plenty
hot the next time you eat it. Chili peppers are like that.

I had some garlic ahi. There was no hot sauce involved which is unusual. I did not miss it at all.

It is all garlic. There was 4 pieces of fish so I packed some up for my wife to take to work. Luckily, she's dressed up in a protective outfit that should contain any garlic viruses emanating off of her. Hopefully, the outfit will protect her from her Covid infected patients.
