One night last week I made Panang chicken curry and it turned out
nicely. There was a lot of sauce left so my wife put it in Tupperware
container and stuck it in the fridge. Today she had taken a chicken
breast out of the freezer and we thought we could heat up the sauce and
do a reprise on the panang. I cut up some onion, garlic, red pepper,
green pepper, a big clove of garlic and a chunk of ginger that I fried
up and then added the sauce. Holy cow. It was like stew or soup ....
even better as leftovers.

The flavors of the curry probably had a good chance to meld together
and really flavor up that chicken breast.
I ate a bowl of soup earlier, so I don't know if I'll eat something later or
not. Maybe a bag of popcorn?
