Didn't use the Rotel, woulda added too much liquid... only had them
because they were on sale at $1/can so bought four cans to try them...
tried them in a rice pilaf, not a very good product, will never buy it
again, plain ol' Hunts diced tomatoes is a far, FAR better diced
tomato product. Rotel adds a bit of spice to shitty unripened
tomatoes... they should be sued for advertizing it as a tomato
product, there's nothing tomatey about Rotel... only the first three
letters are accurate "Rot". I toss much less ripe tomatoes from my
garden to feed the deer.
