An agency is a business that charges people 2-3 times as much as it
would cost to pay the person directly and then hires someone to do the
job for half of what it should pay. They claim to have overhead like
workman's compensation, but if you get hurt on the job they claim that
you are an independent contractor and you are on your own.

Oh, there are employment agencies that will find people work and they
charge the employer. However, if the employee doesn't keep the job for
a specified period of time (usually 1 year) the employee winds up paying
the agency fees.

John's post sounds like more sheer fabrication. If an agency *did* set
up a phone or video interview he'd not be guessing whether or not it is
on Friday or Monday. They'd have given him a specific date and time.

Didn't he once say he'd put tape over his web cam so people couldn't spy
on him? That would be an interesting video interview. LOL

As for Community Nursing, uh oh. He might have to work at a clinic, or
take care of prisoners at the jail.

He's probably looking at something like this online

https://www.simplyhired.com/search?q=community+health+nurse&l=st.+louis%2C+mo&job=u0ksVZLYoJeClWsYDhkvscy_3iwaHyFgHJG3b9TBtzW2aKOTSZUM8w

or

https://tinyurl.com/3ydv4hru

Remember when he thought some "headhunters" had found him megabucks jobs
when all he'd done was click and apply for job postings?

If he really wants to work as a Nurse he needs to get his butt down to
the local hospital and put in an application.

Sort of:

What is the role of a community nurse?

As a community nurse, your job is to provide care to allow patients to stay living in their
community and ensure they do not have to go into hospital unnecessarily. They carry
out a huge range of work, often operating alone or in small teams.

That would be one technical definition. He may have to drive his Leaf
to more than one clinic, jails, even nursing homes. He wouldn't
necessarily be assigned to babysit in someones' house.

Notice he says "may get!" and yaps about $60,000 a year. He doesn't
even know if he has a job interview. Don't hold your breath about his
$60K job. It's his baseless ME ME ME pontificating.

Dinner tonight: the last of the broccoli soup with a cheddar biscuit.

Maybe a good idea, but he can't pull this off. He simply doesn't
have the presence of mind.

At the border he would blurt out the weather in da LOO, his
glabrous injected genitals, his campaign for mayor, and shit about
how fast his leaf runs with *zero* gasoline. He'd tell them he
ain't a narcissist pervert but bryan is. And tons of other
psychotic ramblings.

He'd be locked up in some camp under a bridge, and *still* not get

He'd never make it back to the rainbow ranch in da Loo.

On the other hand, that could be a good outcome.

I was talking to the old guy next door, and telling him that I was
getting a new roof, and he told me that this house originally had
one of the clay tile roofs that Kuthe paid over $100K to replace.
Instead, a prior owner had regular, cheap 3-tab put on. In a week

the shingles with high end architectural shingles, at a total cost
of about $15K.

In John's defence, some banks require a secondary authentication token at
login via a code sent to the client's cell phone, which happens even when
access is primarily via computer.

In your defence, Ed, this may not have been obvious due to John's
spurious introduction of a new line vs. a comma in the middle of an
otherwise clear declaration.

(Or, as is usual with John, an exclamation vs. a declaration.)

There are several grades of asphalt shingles. Those put on most new
construction are 20 year asphalt shingles, some cheap builders will
use 15 year asphalt. Then there are better that are good for 25 years
and 30 years. We have asphalt archetextural shingles that didn't cost
much more than the lower grades, but lees than half what you paid for
clay roofing, they are good for 50 years, we won't be here. These 50
year archetextural asphalt shingles were installed by the last owner
some 15 years before we purchased this house.
Clay roofing works well in hot dry climates, not too well in wet cold
climates especially with snow, they absorb moisture, freeze and crack.
>And this house was built to have red clay tile shingles.
>
>John Kuthe

I can guarantee it wasn't built to have any specific roofing,
especially not a color, no house is... most any house can get by with
plastic tarp roofing for a year or two, any color.
If our house needed new roofing we'd have metal roofing installed...
that's what most young people around here are installing, very
attractive designs, and it will last 100+ years... costs more than
asphalt roofing but a whole lot less than your clay tiles. Many of
our neighbors are having metal roofing installed, GORGEOUS. And you
can buy metal roofing that no one can tell aren't your exact clay
tiles, and in all colors... and weather won't affect it. Of course at
your age I seriously doubt you will last 100 years, certainly without
working wour bank account won't... within ten years you will be dining
at the local church soup kitchen, and they won't care what you like
and don't like... if you're still with us they'll likely be feeding
you cheap balogna sammachis while pushing you about in a Nordic Track
wheelchair! LOL

They saw you coming, and naturally you boasted that you are rich,
Rich, RICH, so they charged you accordingly... you paid at least twice
what that old fashioned technology clay roof is worth. Fool!

John can be a Mentor!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h74JmnUSwEc
Since the words are hard to hear:

Free Fix for a Fuck

Ooohhh yeah baby, you´re in luck,
Free fix for a fuck
You can start to suck and I´ll fix you for a fuck
It ain´t like you´re turning tricks,
It´s just a fuck for a fix
Now come on baby, shoot shit in your vein
I know you ain´t got a brain,
That´s why I say
Free fix for a fuck, free fix for a fuck
Get on your knees and start to suck
And I´ll fix you for a fuck
Come on girl, you know what it´s about
Pull down your pants
An I´ll show you what´s it´s all about
Come on, get your fix tonight
Get naked and ball me right
Got a bag of china white
That says you´re gonna get naked tonight
Feel the rush shot through your brain
I´m gonna drive you insane,
That´s why I say
Free fix for a fuck, free fix for a fuck
Get on your knees and start to suck
And I´ll fix you for a fuck
Ooh yeah baby, isn´t it nice
Ooh yeah, it´s time to raise the price
Get your chunk now isn´t this easy
Now you have to get really sleazy
Not just a slutfuck...but a good buttfuck
Free fix for a buttfuck, free fix for a buttfuck
That´s why I say
Free fix for a buttfuck, free fix for a buttfuck
Get on your knees and start to suck
Free fix for a buttfuck...right up your ass!

I'm sure that The Mentors would love John Kuthe's violent
pornos. Their whole thing is extreme misogyny.

What you did was akin to gold plating your car tyres (tires for
USAians). It makes absolutely no difference to the practicality or
functionality of your tyres, but merely doubles the cost tyres for no
practical benefit.

With the money you could have saved by buying a sensible roof - you
could have done many other things... travel, buy hookers, the latest
in djembi tech, the latest norditrack... and so on. You could surely
have saved $50000 right here, at least. Or god forbid... just leave it
in the bank.

He can't. He's evidentially totally fvcked all his online banking up.
But it's the bank's fault, of course.

LOL to read that he can't do online banking because of the phone line
problem, but he is posting online, especially considering how he keeps
flaunting his credentials as a computer engineer.

Yep, that even works if you only have a landline. John screwed

Your roof is made from petroleum!  Your tile is only a decoration that
keeps the sunlight off of your roof.  What do you think those several
thousand square feet of underlayment is made from?
