Apart from the live-in lunatic landlord, the attraction of a below-market
rental in a college town can't be underestimated. A lot of students
would put up with a crazy old man to get that.

Everyone who lives here knows I have their and my best interests at heart. We work together and try to make ALL our lives as good as possible. And we are all "students" at various stages of our lives. Plus I make English Toffee and we all get each other treats at times and able. We all have our own lives and interests, goals and fears. All different but all in common, for we are ALL members of the Human Race!

That laugh description is from back when bicycles had a
giant front wheel and a tiny back wheel.
