Only the person being forged can complain. Apparently there is a delay
in the process. No doubt there our more low life trolls using Eternal
September than our resident assholes.

Bruce seems to think that I am fair game for his forging because I
didn't protest about Morrow. He claims not to like me so it is bad
enough that he has to forge me in order to be seen, but apparently he
thinks I have some sort of special authority to make Morrow stop.

When Eternal September acts on my daily frequent complaints they will
both be gone. I suppose if they stop now the complaints will stop and
hey might keep their accounts.

We have our suspicions about who they are. We know that Bruce is one
of them. He has been quite open about forging me so that his posts will
be seen. He is blaming Morrow for his being frogged and whine that I did

will likely stop frogging him at least under my name.

He pulled the same stunt a few months back. Apparently he posted an
apology but it was not accepted. It was too little too late and I

I'm not taking a side in assumptions, but I've got to ask, how do you
know what Greg's IP address is? Is that your assumption since Greg
lives in Chicago, that a random Chicago IP address must be his? As I
understand it, anyone can use a VPN and pretend that they are posting
from Chicago.

Also, I don't see why Greg would bother using Eternal September with a
newsreader to forge Dave Smith posts since he used GG for his regular
Usenet. If anything, the person forging posts would be more likely to
use GG since it's more difficult to report to Google (they don't really
care in my experience).

This forging mess seems awfully fishy to me. It seems that the only
person who's crazy and dedicated enough to keep at it would be that Casa
Bona nut; likely the same one still forging Joan posts. Look up old
Casa posts, and some of the posting style is just on point.

ES encrypts the IP#. You don't know what it is, but you can see when it
has been used again a different post, by an alleged different poster.

Several years ago, I figured out how to de-crypt them, and then geo-
locate errant posters. But they have changed the algorithm since.

I paid for my Usenet service many years ago - more than 16 years ago
at least - and it's still going. It was like $20.

But that's not to say I don't appreciate the many free servers that
have come and gone over the years, many were quite good.

Thanks for that. Looks like RFC is back in.
Rfc has been banned twice in the past years. After a certain amount of
time, I guess the ban is lifted.
