I combined some crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Melted a bit
more butter in a small glass baking dish and coated the cod loin well.
Sprinkled the buttered/cracker mix on top, spritzed with a little lemon
juice and baked it at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. This was accompanied
by a combo of stir-fried yellow squash (cut into bite-size pieces) and
1" pieces of fresh asparagus. I had a glass of chardonnay to go with it.

You need to eat cods more often. I bet you feel more pleasant now.

It was a ham sandwich here with a banana for dessert. Then later it was
a bowl of Cheerios.

My dinner plans changed. I was on the phone way past my usual
dinnertime so when I went to the fridge I spotted a piece of kielbasa.
Bingo!

Kielbasa, 2 heated small dinner rolls and a beer. Hit the spot tonight.

I made two fried egg sandwiches for dinner. Extremely filling.

Dammit Joan, another mention of Cheerios and banana.
Now I want some (add to next grocery list)
And a gallon of fresh milk too.

Dinner for my wife was spicy fried noodles with shrimp and a salad. The salad was dressed with mandarin juice, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Looks good apart from the mandarins. I hope they weren't Asian shrimp.

Absolutely not. The large shrimps came from Safeway.

Cheerios with the banana slices would have been better.

Cool! :) Does it say where they were caught?

Your supper yesterday sounds tasty. I worked all day, then went back to
roofing when I got home, until it was dark (I hate carpentry work). I
was too tired to cook, so I just bought a pizza for Sophia and I.
Today, I made a big pot of turkey noodle soup. I reserved some of the
stock in zip-lock bags in the freezer for future cooking.

We are complimentary, Jill.
I feed the trolls and you feed the hummingbirds sugar water.
Both/all are happy due to our combined efforts. :)

You do realize Hank is making a stupid sexual reference to men's
testicles. Perhaps you aren't that bright.
