Those sausage patties were made from those pork steaks.

I eyeballed all the seasonings. The salt was about perfect. Way too skimpy on the sage, paprika and cayenne. Especially the cayenne.

Fancy mixer. I have a similar Kitchen Aid, in silver, that was a
Christmas present 2 years ago. I don't have any attachments for it,
just the beaters that it came with. I do have a hand crank meat grinder
that clamps to the counter. It's new in box from the 1940s... I'm going
to clean it up and use it one of these days.

Large food producers do not use a lot of capsaicin, because most United Statesians do not like a lot of capsaicin.

When I word for Monsanto in my Computer Engineer Cooping we had a bunch of us make Chicken Wings for a company thing we were having. And one batch of wings specifically said HOT and so some of us sampled them. Someone remarked how these wings were really hot, and me and Martina Chan simultaneously said "They are not that hot"! Because as I learned early on at Asian restaurants I order my food "Thai Hot" because I LOVE capsaicin!

I love the idea of you being dead, but knowing that you will
never have the thing that you most want is pretty good.

It's a Kitchen Aid mixer but is the bowl lift model and he's attached a meat
grinder that would fit your KA, too.

What the hell does "large food producers" not using a lot of capsaicin
have to do with Bryan's homemade sausage patties???? Nothing. He
made these to his liking and not what some supermarket might sell.

Good. Next recreation day, why not butter Mr. Bumpy up with some
ghost pepper sauce. That should do the trick.

I was wondering why the bowl looked different. Mine does not have the
attachment in the back either (bowl lift?).

Yes, that silver handle is the bowl lift whereas yours and my mixer has the
tilt head.
