That's what my wife called them. The only thing I did differently was use both Asiago and a vintage Cheddar. Otherwise, it was just linguine, cheese, heavy cream and black pepper.

I haven't had ramen recently but with that, after I boil ramen noodles, I pour out most of the water, add the flavoring pkg., then add American cheese.

My suggestion is that you not buy cheap Japanese style ramen noodles. Use Korean noodles. Those are awesome!
