My Yahoo mail had over 83,000 messages. I saved and archived everything I might conceivably be interested in saving, then...

The things we retired folks can do with their time. Now I'm going to unsubscribe to emails every few days. Anyone else have tens of thousands of unwanted messages in their inbox?

Yes, In one of my three accounts. Surprisingly, not in the "junk" ISP
E-Mail that I use to post and communicate here. I quit using my
original MSN dial up E-Mail address for a year or more, and when I
signed in again, all the junk mail was gone. MSN doesn't deactivate the
address like Yahoo does from disuse. I now get new junk messages very
infrequently, and I'm much more careful with that MSN address.
