I bought pecans for pecan pie before Christmas and used them. Tonight, I
looked at what was left, probably less than a cup, and hit the Net for a
glazed pecan recipe.
The first hit was a Pillsbury recipe which was good enough. I even had real
maple syrup. So I did what it said using the two cup recipe for less than a
cup of pecans. WhatâEURTMs the harm?
The women like them or lied to me. I havenâEURTMt tried any yet. Emerald
brand glazed pecans in the store look better.

Glazed pecans are very tasty!
A pecan pie is too much for me but the little pecan tarts are a good treat.

When I just read "Maple syrup" I went down to make some waffles with
maple syrup but decided to make a caramel waffles instead. Cream,
brown sugar, pat of butter, boil for 7 minutes, splash of vanilla -
Done! It took 12 minutes.
