I made this on the 2nd. I thin sliced it on the 3rd and served on
BallPark "Tailgaters Deli Rolls" which I didn't know existed until
four days ago. They're pretty good.

I believe that it's good to build up your nitrites over a three day
period.

Are they as squishy as they look?

I do the same thing with PCBs in farmed salmon.

I recognize the potatoes and the cabbage, but the stuff with the mustard
smear has me stumped.

They're soft, no crunch, but they brown up nicely on the griddle. We
were going to use them tonight for one hot dog and one Polish sausage on
one bun with potato salad.
But then...I bought these.

<https://postimg.cc/8jbqhTqL>

My wife previously said, "Buy some corndogs for the air-fryer." I wanted
State Fair, but Foster Farms was all that was available. I had no idea
how many I bought. Oops!
The Net says 370 degrees for 8-10 minutes and a rotation at 4.
I still don't know which direction we'll take tonight: only that potato
salad will be a part of it. Oh...and I'll have a few beers for America!
Happy Fourth, everyone!

I have to buy 560 hot dogs and buns. The plan is to sell these for a buck each. That might not be tenable. I could save some cents by getting chicken hot dogs. That ain't gonna happen as long as I got anything to do with it. Hopefully, the dogs will a good amount of nitrates.

I thought the cabbage was witlof. Do Americans eat that? Australians
not much.

Maybe the brown things are the BallPark "Tailgaters Deli Rolls":
Enriched Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Yeast, Soybean Oil,
Salt, Calcium Propionate (Preservative), Grain Vinegar, Corn Flour,
Monoglycerides, Datem, Monocalcium Phosphate, Calcium Carbonate,
Calcium Sulfate, Spice & Coloring, Citric Acid, Potassium Iodate, Soy
Lecithin.

Imagine making "deli rolls" at home and having to source all these
ingredients.

That would be slices of corned beef. Are you guys sight impaired? I suppose it could be 3D printed techno-meat.

It looks like artificially darkened bread to me. But you're probably
right. An RFC boomer can't have a meal without dead animal.

Indeed, I have sensors/processors in my head that enables me to scan nearby physical objects and identify them. I find it very useful to have eyes and a brain. You should pick some up as soon as you can!

You've gotta give me a break. You're much more familiar with dead
animals on a plate than I am.

The second one's a good one. Reminds me of people who say they love
animals, but have them slaughtered and eat them.

on corned beef but hey, that's just me.

If you'd known it was Greg, you'd not have said a word. Why do you
protect the most horrible person in RFC?
