Meatless nuggets are now available at KFC:

The only thing I don't understand in the article is this sentence:
"KFC also notes that while the nuggets are plant-based, they are not
prepared in a vegan or vegetarian manner. "
I wonder what they do to make them non-vegetarian. Use animal fat?
Prepare them together with meat products?
You'd think that if they're going to offer a potentially vegetarian
food item, they'd want to tap into the vegetarian market.
