Full credit to tasty for this recipe, but I have taken it to the next
level....

hardware you will need

Egg ring
skillet
spatula
ceramic or metal bowl that will fit inside griddle upside down

ingredients
(makes 1 mcgriddle)
1/2 cup Gluten free pancake mix
1 teaspoon gluten free real maple syrup I use great value
gluten free sausage
1 egg
sausage
shredded cheese of choice
a little water
olive oil
S & P

heat skillet on medium heat
Make your pancake mix according to the directions.
if needed cut your sausage to the size needed
Put the egg ring inside the skillet
put a few drops of olive oil inside the egg ring put 1/4 cup pancake
mix inside the egg ring
drizzle 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup in the egg ring on top of the cooking
pancake batter
Pour a little water outside the egg ring but in the skillet, cover the
egg ring with the ceramic bowl
give the pancake a couple of minutes to cook then carefully remove the
bowl (it will be very hot) flip the pancake and remove the ring
after brown on both sides set aside

repeat this process one more time

few drops of Olive Oil inside egg ring
crack your egg and empty egg inside egg ring, watch for loose shells
break the yolk of the egg and allow a few minutes to cook, flip if
needed

salt and pepper to taste
after cooked set aside

put sausage inside egg ring allow to cook on one said then flip still
inside egg ring and sprinkle shredded cheese to taste inside egg ring
while the cheese is melting assemble your sandwich

place one pancake then egg pull your sausage/cheese off leave the egg
ring on and place on top of egg, once placed remove egg ring and place
last pancake on top.

Then gobble that shit up cause it is going to be good a fuck, and you
can rest assured that it will be gluten free if you followed the
instructions with the ingredients

I did try to make this in the air fryer with brulee bowls, but it did
not really turn out too well...

It would be a good bit easier and faster if I had 2 or maybe even 3
egg rings that way I could do all the parts at the same time. The
entire meal would take all of 7 minutes to cook
