Their verdict:

But I'm not attempting to lecture people about fossil burning cars. Your electricity
is being powered by fossil fuels but you want to lecture others on their consumption
when yours is just as great. So actually your car IS being powered by fossil fuels.

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Missouri heavily relies
on coal for electricity generation. In 2019, coal accounted for
approximately 73% of Missouri's net electricity generation. This high
dependence on coal is primarily due to the presence of coal-fired
power plants in the state.

However, it's important to note that the electricity generation mix
can change over time as the energy landscape evolves. Many states,
including Missouri, are gradually diversifying their energy sources by
incorporating more renewable energy, natural gas, and other low-carbon
alternatives.

John's EV is probably burning even more fossil fuels than most people's
IC cars because the battery is losing power almost as fast as it is
charging. It cannot hold a charge so he has to keep charging it just to

Maybe he owed on permit / plates.

Surprisingly, the law in Quebec right
now is mind-boggingly simple.

Quebec just launched an on-line system
to replace most of the functions of the
local motor vehicle registration offices.

But the new system royally fucked
the old system. So they had to make the
announcement that until they throw a lot more
money at the IT department, you do not actually
need a licence plate as long as you keep the
papers given to you by the brick & mortar office.

(And they warn people that vehicles require
a plate to cross the US border and police will
arrest you and impound your car in Ontario &c.)

Ontario stopped charging annual permit fees for privately owned cars.
They had extended validation periods during the pandemic because license
bureaus were closed. I guess it had been a short term plan and they had
expected things to go back to normal sooner. Some people had renewed
online and others had not bothered. Faced with having to consider
billing people retroactively for two years they decided to just do away
with annual permit fees.

I don't know for sure about Quebecistan, but I assume they have the same
reciprocal agreement with US states that Ontario does. If you are legal
here you are legal there.

not require plates on the cars until they send

My point is that provinces generally have reciprocal agreements with US
states that will exempt you from their requirements if you are in
compliance with the regulations at home. Ontario will not arrest you for
not having plates. The worst they would do is ticket you for not
displaying a plate and/or make you buy a temporary permit.

You are so pathetic.  Why do you always need help from other people?
You have NOTHING else to do so deal with it!  Be a man, for a change,
and take charge.

He's destitute and it's his own fault.  He could have a job at a retail
establishment but he's lazy.  He buys shit he doesn't need because he's
a delusional moron.  His narcissism controls him.

Shaving the balls of other men who are in sexual
relationships would be deliciously humiliating, but
I still think that he should apply for my old job.

You didn't ask the driver at the scene?

Maybe Kuthe's uninsured. Or not the registered owner.
Or he failed a roadside breath test.

Wouldn't the police obtain details from the registration
plate?

Coal is a non-renewable *fossil fuel*.

You are in a much deserved downward spiral. If they
had to pull Baby II out of the river, there would be one
less gas guzzling ICE vehicle on the road. You could
sacrifice yourself to Mother Gaia. :)

Don't forget that he self medicates. Given the way he behaves online I
can only imagine what he was like dealing with the police. He is
apparently not much of a driver and in the short time he has had the car
he has had numerous incidents where he carelessly inflicted damage on
his car. One of them was hundreds of dollars damage to his car while
baking out his driveway. That should make normal people question his
version of the story.

That would be an automatic. Those records are all connected to his
driver license records. A couple clicks of the mouse and they would have
his vehicle information, his driver license records, his conviction
record and interactions with the police.

BUT! Electricity can be generated in many ways, but fossil fuels only ONE way!

And my Leaf was hit from the REAR, NOT MY FAULT. YOU drive a gasoline burning vehicle., 100% your fault!

And i just had a delicious Fruit Snack, and I am Doubly Glabrous this evening. And YOU are a Narcissistic Personality Disorder suffering ASSHOLE, Bryan! Who will NEVER hear my fantastically good sound system, to which I will be Nordictracking with tomorrow AM after 9am for a whole album. Maybe you'd not have messed up YOUR alcoholic body I read you were whinging about here recently.

Since you can post intelligently, as proven by your recent post about
