No, someone in a BMW hit me from the rear, American Family Insurance, and they will tow it to a shop to give be an estimate on it.

You should have your insurance co review the damage and decide what the damage is worth.
It may be totalled. Grab the cash, payoff the tow co and your private taxes, start fresh with the gas guzzling baby. It can be a good plan.

My plate was attached to the rear clip of my Leaf that a BMW hit me from the rear in and knocked the rear of my Leaf off. They have insurance which should pay.

Now all of a sudden he was hit by a BMW with a named insurance company.
Funny how he didn't know that when he first posted about the wreck. He
keeps saying it "knocked the rear of my Leaf Off". What, the bumper?
What exactly does this wreck encompass? Just because they have
insurance doesn't mean they have *collision* or full coverage insurance.
Could be they're driving around with minimum Liability coverage just
like John does. Could be the policy won't cover anything. Or could be
this "accident" is just another BS lie to serve as an excuse for not
showing up for the JOB that didn't happen on 7/17.

How fucking stupid are you? What do you think that
"minimum Liability coverage" is? It covers damage
that you do. Period. The BMW driver damaged
Worthless Prick #1's vehicle. The problem is, if the
insurance company totals the car, Worthless Prick #1
might not get enough to replace it. He *could* get
enough money to pay his back taxes, but be left only
with the ICE sporting Baby II, with no realistic way to
procure another electric car.
