I looked it over quickly, and came to the conclusion: just make and
freeze pesto.

Basil is very easy to grow in a flower pot in a sunny window.

Just trimmed a big bunch. They were ready to flower.
I used the freezer method in the vid. I usually dehydrate and may later.

Got a load of oregano to trim but I am tired of trimming right now. Might give away or chuck it.
