This is loosely based on an old Bisquick taco pizza recipe. The crust is
basically 1.5 cups biscuit mix, 1/2 cup cornmeal and 1/2 cup milk. I'm doing
mine in a rectangular casserole dish so I made slightly more dough. I
greased the pan with olive oil and sprinkled it with more cornmeal. Patted
the dough out with wet hands and baked it at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

While it was baking, I browned some ground beef and added the liquid from a
can of Rotel tomatoes and chiles and some chili pepper.

When the crust came out, I topped it with the Rotel, a can of refried beans,
the beef, and put it back in for 15 minutes. I will then top it with sharp
cheddar and put it back until the cheese melts. I will decorate it with
black olives and top with shredded lettuce, salsa and tortilla chips. You
can add additional toppings. Whatever you'd put on tacos or Mexican food.
